ADVANTAGE 4 GUARANTEED NUMBER OF EMBRYOS To reduce the emotional and financial risks associated with egg donation treatment, the ARNI Agency offers its Guaranteed Egg Donation Program. Under this program, we guarantee the development of four blastocyst-stage embryos through IVF using donor eggs. If any of the following occur: the egg donor experiences Empty Follicle Syndrome (EFS), an insufficient number of eggs is retrieved, fewer than four blastocyst-stage embryos are obtained, or the transferred embryos do not result in a pregnancy, we will provide you with a second complete IVF cycle with egg donation at no additional cost.
By choosing the Guaranteed Egg Donation Program, intended parents can move forward with greater confidence and less uncertainty. Unlike other egg banks that provide only frozen donor eggs, the ARNI Agency has designed its Guaranteed Egg Donation Program to offer greater peace of mind by guaranteeing the development of four blastocyst-stage embryos.
The program includes preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) of your embryos at one of Europe's leading genetic laboratories. As part of the program, you will receive the genetic test results for up to four embryos, including analysis of all 23 pairs of chromosomes, providing reassurance that the embryos selected for transfer are chromosomally normal.

Screening and evaluation of the egg donor
